My internet is being used continuously. I suspect a virus. Is there any Network Monitoring Software?

My net is being used continuously even though i’m not running any network-based applications and i’m not downloading anything. Its not WiFi, its just LAN. I think its a virus but even after i scanned 3 times it shows that my computer’s clean. I looked up the processes running and couldn’t find any suspicious ones.
Are there any Network Monitoring software which tells which/what application/file is using my internet? If you do, please give me a link.
